You are invited to join us every Friday evening during Lent for Holy Mass (7:00 p.m.), followed by The Stations of The Cross (February 27, March 6, March 13, March 20, March 27). Please note that on Good Friday, April 3, 2026, The Stations of The Cross will be at 7:00 p.m. May this holy season draw each of us closer to Christ, renewing our hearts with His grace, peace, and abiding love.
Pancake Sunday: Thank You!
The Knights of Columbus would like to thank our parishioners for the overwhelming support for the Pancake Sunday. We would also want to thank Waffle International for the generous donation of the pancake mix, syrup and the ever-so-popular strawberry topping. We hope you had a good time and will come back again next year.
Catholic Women’s League News:
St. Patrick’s Day Dinner is taking place on Saturday, March 14, 2025. CWL will be selling tickets (cash only) on Feb 28th/March 1st in the Parish Foyer before and after Mass.
Coffee Sunday: March 7 & 8, 2026
Join us in the parish hall after Sunday Mass on March 7th and 8th for fellowship, coffee, tea, and cookies! We are delighted to welcome parishioner and children’s author Edlyn Thompson, who will have a table in the hall to present and share her Lenten children’s book, Hare on the Stair. This beautifully written story is a wonderful way to help children enter more deeply into the spirit of Lent.
Be sure to stop by, support a fellow parishioner, and enjoy this special time of community!
Easter Lilies
With the help of Knights of Columbus and our Altar Flowers Ministry, we will be decorating the Sanctuary for Easter with Easter Lilies donated in thanksgiving, or in memoriam of your loved ones. If you are interested in contributing towards this project, please submit your pre-order forms to the office with your payment by Sunday March 8, 2026. The Knights will be collecting pre-order forms and payments during our March Coffee Sunday. Easter Lilies are $20/each. Order forms are available at the parish office and in this weekend’s physical bulletin. Thank you for your kind support!

2025 Financial Report
A copy of our parish’s 2025 Financial Report is included in this weekend’s bulletin in preparation for a brief presentation by the Financial Committee at all Masses on March 7/8. Please take a moment to review the report in advance.

Free Bible Study: The Gospel of Matthew
St. Matthew’s Gospel is considered the most influential and popular book among the early Christian community. St. Matthew clearly makes the case for how the long-awaited hopes of the Jewish people are being fulfilled in Jesus.
• How the Gospel of Matthew clearly makes Jesus out to be a new and greater Moses, David, Solomon, and Isaac
• The shocking paradoxes of the Sermon on the Mount and the implications of them for our spiritual life
• Aspects of Jesus’ infancy, public ministry, and last days in Jerusalem that show him to be the long-awaited fulfillment of what the priests, prophets, and kings of old hoped for
We invite you to this free four-part Bible Study in our Parish Hall, happening on the following Thursdays:
• Thursday April 9th, 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
• Thursday April 16th, 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
• Thursday April 23rd, 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
• Thursday May 7th, 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

Be Part of Totus Tuus 2026 – Volunteers Needed!
We are seeking volunteers for the day and evening programs. Whether you love working with children, supporting teens, organizing behind the scenes, or simply want to serve the Church in a meaningful way, this is a beautiful opportunity to get involved. This is especially great for:
• Teachers or those discerning a call to education
• University students
• High school students seeking volunteer hours (accepted for day program only)
• Anyone who is faithful, available, & eager to grow
We are also looking for parishioners willing to provide our four missionaries with a home-cooked lunch one day during the week that they are serving our parish. It’s a simple but powerful way to support their ministry!
If you feel called to serve as a day program volunteer, evening program volunteer, or to provide lunch for our missionaries, please contact Melissa at msiuchong@archtoronto.org or call the parish office.

Peter, James and John had a mountaintop experience with Jesus by witnessing His transfiguration. We too can have a mountaintop experience when we open our minds and hearts to following God's Will for our life. If God is calling you to serve him as a priest, deacon, brother or sister, contact Fr. Matt McCarthy, Director of Vocations, Archdiocese of Toronto at 416-968-0997 or vocations@archtoronto.org.
