Memorial Lamp Dedications: A Living Flame of Prayer

At Pentecost, the Holy Spirit descended upon the Church as tongues of fire, enkindling in the hearts of the faithful the fire of divine love. The memorial lamps beside the tabernacle continue to burn as a sign of that same faithful remembrance before Our Eucharistic Lord. Parishioners are invited to dedicate the lamps in memory of a loved one or for a special intention ($50 offering for the week, Sunday –Saturday).
As with Mass intentions, a memorial dedication card is also available and may be given to family or friends to let them know the lamps have been offered for their loved one or intention.
May these lights, burning quietly before the Lord, be a prayer of faith, hope, and love for those we carry in our hearts. Dates may be reserved up to four months in advance. For more information or to arrange a dedication, please contact the parish office.

ShareLife:
Supporting the Future of Our Church
Your support of ShareLife helps form future priests—men who will listen, accompany, comfort, and offer Christ to the world. Rev. James Cyfko spent a decade in formation at St. Augustine’s Seminary, preparing to lay down his life for the people of God.
“I deeply appreciate the ongoing charity of ShareLife,” says Rev. James Cyfko. “I am eager to give back to the community which has helped me focus on faithfully following my vocational calling.” Your devotion lifts the burden of financial worry, enabling men to embrace God's call fully in preparation for a life of service.
May 31 is the third ShareLife Sunday collection of the year. Thus far we have raised $172,721.63 towards our parish goal of $288,000.00. Please continue to check our ShareLife thermometer in the Parish Narthex, and consider giving through the parish using a ShareLife envelope, online via our parish website, or at sharelife.org/donate. Thank you for your generosity!

Help Not Harm: Take Action to Support Bill C-218
You’re invited to visit HelpNotHarmCanada.ca where you can e-mail your Member of Parliament (MP), asking for their support of Bill C-218 (The Right to Recover Act), which would amend the Criminal Code to prevent Medical Assistance in Dying (MAiD) from being provided when mental illness is the sole underlying condition. Without this change, MAiD will be available for those suffering from mental illness alone beginning in March 2027. We are called to offer care, hope, and protection — not death — to those who are suffering and most vulnerable. Visit HelpNotHarmCanada.ca or scan the QR code below today, and ask your MP to support Bill C-218.
